Working as creative director, Heath worked with chef/owners Adam Bordonaro and Ryan Lory to design a forest themed fine dinning restaurant in Greenwich Village.

Heath worked as and continues to work as the creative director for Ardyn. Working with the name Heath concepted and built the brand. From there he designed all assets and informed the space.
